Ammogex
An ammonium nitrate/ fuel-oil blasting agent (ANFO) which contains a nominal 5.5% fuel oil by weight.

Ammogex is manufactured to meet ISO9001 Quality Management and IS045001 Occupational Health & Safety Management standards .
Initiation of Ammogex is required by conventional high explosives or a strong primer, as it is neither detonator nor detonating cord sensitive.
It may be used as a low-cost column charge in large hole diameter bench blasting and also, the loading of small diameter holes with pneumatic ANFO charging equipment.
Ammogex is unsuitable for use in wet holes as it is soluble in water.
It is packaged in 25 kg strong paper sacks with plastic lining.
